Sugar, Spice? Or everything nice?

Bachelor viewers are dying to know, will Jake choose Sugar, or will he choose Spice?

Spice of course being Vienna, and sugar being the other contestant... ahh? whats her name again?.... oh yah. Tenley. The most boring and under the radar finalist I have ever seen in Bachelor history!

Its hard not to be under the radar when you are up against a girl who is just exploding with drama. She has been blasted in the taploids for her "trashy" looks and her crazy past. Not to mention it seems like anyone and everyone who has been in her presence is willing to just explode to any media outlet they can find to let the world know how much of a twisted "bitch" she really is.

"Vienna knows whats good for Vienna. She's like a gold digger. She knows how to get what she wants." - High School Pal, Levon Clark

So as viewers, each week we sit and wonder "will this be the week Jake realizes who Vienna really is?" And each and everytime, we are let down when Jake calls Vienna down to ask her if she will "accept this rose"

So now that Jake is left with his final two girls, will he choose Vienna, or, that girl. Shit whats her name again? Oh ya. Tenley?

Tabloids have been leaking that Jake infact does, to our dismay, choose Vienna, but I am not to sure how that pans out.

After looking at Vienna's facebook page, I found that her Relationship Status is :

"Its complicated"

I chuckled to myself, thinking, ya I bet its complicated. With a rumored boyfriend on the side throughout the whole show, I bet that would complicate things.

Aside from that, we cant forget about the one girl on the show that Vienna couldnt seem to dig her claws into. Ali.

Although Ali left the show two weeks ago, for work . I find it highly unlikely that she is out of the picture completely.

Anyone who has a brain could see and hear the affection Ali and Jake had for eachother during last weeks "The Women tell All" segment.

Jake wasnt even shy to say that when Ali left he was "Heartbroken"... (Roll tape of Jake being overdramatic crying over some sort of banister...)

So will Jake choose Sugar or will he choose Spice?

I am thinking that Jake is going to choose "Everything nice" and ditch both girls he has left on the show. Not too long after that the Bachelor will go to the "After Show" where Jake will be distraught, saying he made the wrong decision, and will announce he is getting back together with Ali.

Normally I would think this was a far fetched prediction, but not this season. Although every season we hear Chris Harrison announce that this season will infact be " the most dramatic finale we have ever had in bachelor history" I think that because the ratings were so low the last few seasons, ( almost ending the show permanently) I would assume that the Bachelor will infact have the most dramatic and unexpected ending in Bachelor history.

So bust out the popcorn, get comfy, and expect the unexpected on tonights episode of the Bachelor. 8-10pm

Jersey Shore... Giving Italians a bad rep?

Many nationalities and races have particular derrogatory names, that when said outloud, you are just plain asking for it. For African Americans its the "N" word, for Chinese Americans its the "C" word, and for Italian Americans, that word is Guido. So was MTV creating a show all about the hottest, tannest, and buffest "Guidos" to start a controversy for attention, or are they just that naive. Aside from a show based on "Guidos", don't even get people started on the fact that they actually say the word aloud on national television.

Italian American's, are outraged with what they see as a mockery of their nationality. Andre Dimino president of UNICO says he objects to the term whether it is self inscribed or not.

As a Caucasian I do not go around calling African Americans the "N" word, even though many of them refer to themselves by the name. Wouldnt you assume that the same rule apply for "Guido"?

It is possible that since the show was so extreamly open about using the word, that it has severely influenced our culture, and has diminished the negative connotation of calling an Italian American a "Guido".

It is truly amazing how a simple, joke of a show can change society.

Blogs vs. the Norm with Websites

Blogs are much more informal. Websites are typically done professionally. And there are alot more trustworthy websites than their are blogs.

Blogs are how the everyday normal person feels, what they think about the news, events going on etc.

Blogs are a way for ANYONE to talk about what they feel like.
